Q: HOW LONG IS THE PROCESSING TIME?

A: Please allow up to 5 business days to have your ordered processed. Our warehouses pack your ordered item(s) and then ship the package(s) as soon as possible. You will receive a notification through email after the order has shipped.

Q: HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

A: Again the processing could take up to 5 days. Our warehouses are located around the globe. For United States and International orders, it will normally take up to 2-4 weeks, In rare cases it could take up to 5-6 weeks.

Q: WHY DOES THE SHIPPING TAKE SO LONG?

A: I know that the shipping times aren't ideal but our prices are lower than our competitors. We have a relationship with our suppliers that allow shipment directly to the customers. So we can offer lower prices! The downside is longer shipping times. Our goal is customer satisfaction. So, we strive to have your order shipped as soon as possible.

Q: DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

A: We ship in select countries outside of the USA. Due to being a new company, we are growing to accompany more countries. Eventually we will ship worldwide! Stay tuned!

Q: HOW DO I TRACK MY PACKAGE?

A: Once when your order has been processed and shipped off from the supplier we will e-mail you the tracking information to you! From there you can follow the link and stay updated with your package.
